This is a variety of resources that I have created for the new OCR A Level PE specification. Inspiration for my resources has come from far and wide. Great package to teach ergogenic aids. My current year 12s responded really well to this!

This powerpoint involves several interactive activities with corresponding worksheet. Also includes recall starter task and 20 mark plan worksheet to work through with pupils (question on page 16, book 2). Enjoy!

Fun, interactive lesson to introduce the cardiovascular systems to year 12 a level pupils. This worked really well to refresh their memory on this system from what they learnt at GCSE. Uses differentiation, practical learning and worksheets for the pupils to keep. Worked really well with my class recently. Enjoy!

Two lessons with worksheets explaining heart rate, stroke volume and cardiac output. Lessons look into definition and how each term adapts during rest, exercise and recovery. Includes peer assessment task with exam question from the lesson before.
